Africa Invest Training Department [AITRA]
"We have no room for mediocrity"
We created a centralized training department today, August 20, 2022 in order to have a uniform training standard in all our business related ventures. Africa Invest Training Department [AITRA] will be responsible for:

1. Creating and updating training manuals for all the employees and businesses we are affiliated with.
2. Creating and updating training manuals for all the athletes and special talents we sign up.
3. Recommending to AIN whether training facilities should be built locally or employees and talents should be sent to other countries for
    training.
4. Scheduling all training requirements for all employees and business owners.
5. Enforcing all training requirements across the board.

Once Africa Invest Network decides it is investing in a business, AITRA will assess and document all training needs. It will then assume responsibility for all such training, thus freeing our business affiliates to focus on what's important to them: Producing good quality products and services.
