Today August 15, 2022, we added AIDEC (Africa Invest Design & Construction) to our group of internal departments. AIDEC will be responsible for custom designing, upgrading, or building from scratch, all our affiliate business stores, offices, shops, buildings, etc. AIDEC will ensure that these buildings are up to the standards or better than building standards and safety codes in any nation on earth. AIDEC will have 3 distinct departments:

1. Design-Will be responsible for all the general architecture and looks of our business affiliates' stores, buildings and offices.

2. Construction- There are 2 branches within the construction department:
                       (a) Construction-Actual Construction of all stores, buildings and offices of all our affiliates.
                       (b) Utility Installation-Responsible for installing grid electricity, solar panels, wind energy, gas supplies for
                            heating or colling, and water supply in all the stores, buildings and offices of all our affiliates.

    Once a business is approved for funding, AIDEC will assess the needs, make a list, purchase the materials and either   
    upgrade or build from scratch, the offices, stores, shops or buildings where this business will be located.

**Please, be aware that it is mandatory that the AIDEC department initiates and implements our "Safe and modern location" policies for all our business affiliates in order for us to maintain the confidence our investors have in us, and your customers have in your business.

3.  Property Flipping Services  
     "FLIPPING" is an American slang for "Remodeling" or "Renovating". We offer two options:

(a) Flip to sell- You do not want to live in the house or use the vehicle or do business in that office anymore, and you want us
     to flip it and resell it for you.

(b) flip to keep- You still want to live in the house or use the vehicle for business or do business in that office, and you want us
     to flip it for you so you can move back in or continue using the vehicle.

If you own any property , (Flats, Apartments, Houses, Lands, Farms, Plantations, etc.), business vehicles, (cars, vans, buses, trailers, tractors, etc.)  either through Africa Invest Network, or through any other source, and in any African country and would like us to flip it for you, please fill out the business plan submission form. **Please, be aware that flipping properties (especially homes and office buildings) are not cheap, and are the sole financial responsibilities of the owners. In many cases, it may be better to just sell them "as is".
