Direct investment opportunities for individuals
Africa Invest Network is one of the few companies that gives individuals opportunities to seek investments directly from us or from the numerous investors we partner with. Our investment commitment also extends to local, state or federal governments, and Talent and Academic Sponsorship Seekers. The continent of Africa is vast and the opportunities are enormous. We designed our system to make things easier and faster for investment seekers than if they were to go through private lenders or big investment firms. What you see is what you get, i.e. a profile of the percentage of stake or interest rate. No other surprises.
We protect investors from suspicious and fraudulent requests through "Extreme vetting", proper education and timely information
One of the great advantages of investing through Africa Invest Network is our "Extreme Vetting" program- We do this by conducting an extremely rigorous background check on every investor and investment or sponsorship seeker, and also by letting you decide the amount and pace of your investments, by sending you a monthly report of where your money goes, and best of all, by flying you to the business location twice a year to take a physical look at your investment money at work. We give no room and open no windows or doors for anyone to defraud you. These steps help you minimize your risks.
We ensure a realistic Return on Investments
The biggest question in the minds of our investment seekers is: "What is my Margin?" While no specific margin is guaranteed to any business, current margins range from 8 to an outstanding 25%. and our external investment partners, the question is: "What is the return on my investment?" To discourage "Usury", (excessive interest rates which are illegal in many countries today), we set up a standard interest rate of 12% for all Cash-funded investments, (see the FAQ page for how we broke it down). Investors who wish to charge higher interest rates may indicate to us in writing, but we reserve the right to decline such rates on behalf of our investment seekers, especially if the rates are not legal, reasonable and in good taste. We set up an account at a bank in the investor's own country or country of choice where the scheduled repayments will be monitored and deposited by Africa Invest Network. We also serve as a collection agency to ensure that investors get what is due them.
We train investment seekers to use modern technology and software to run their businesses.
From the first day we get affiliated with investment seekers to the grand opening day of their business in Africa, we engage and train our investment seekers in the use of modern software and technology to successfully run their businesses from any where in Africa (including the villages).
