Agriculture and Industrial Settlement building projects are available all across Africa. These Settlements are smaller versions of Villages, will cost $18.2 Million each, and will be home to between 7,000 to 10,000 people each. Cocoa (Cacao) Settlement

This Settlement will be built exclusively for the harvesting and processing of Cocoa and its by-products, and built with the amenities of a modern city, with its own independent Electricity, Water and Sewage treatment plants, and will provide jobs for about 5,000 people. Cocoa Settlement will be administered by a duly elected "Herald"-a position similar to that of a city mayor.
